As part of the newly introduced Mortgage Charter, there are several support options available to ease the financial pressure our customers are facing. At this event we will cover everything you need to know about how we can help.

• Background. An overview of the Mortgage Charter and what this means for our customers.

• Options available. Switching to a new mortgage deal, extending your mortgage term and switching to interest only payments for 6 months along with providing details of further support available.

• How to make the change. Everything you need to know about accessing and applying for the support.

Who can attend the session?

Anyone is welcome to attend, whether you are a customer with us or not, however this session is to outline support for existing Lloyds Bank mortgage customers.

Is this session free?

It is completely free. You just need to register to get your ticket as numbers are limited.
